poor cleaning damp towels
the location was acceptable it was easy enough to walk around from there
the room cleaning was a joke i came back at 4 p.m. and it hadn't been cleaned the towels i left on the floor were just hung back up still damp i saw hair on the floor it seemed the cleaner just tidied up without really cleaning the facilities might be new but the cleanliness wasn't good

a neat spot near victoria
perfect location spacious room useful kitchen
i liked the location a lot, it's just a short walk to victoria station. my room was quite spacious and i liked that it was quiet with good wifi. the little kitchen area was really useful even though i only made coffee in it.
the cleaning could be a bit better. i noticed some hairs on the floor and one day the room wasn't cleaned until late.

victoria station is very close, offering easy access to transportation. the area had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. it's a really convenient spot for getting around.

tasty breakfast great access
The breakfast had a tasty selection. The location provided great access, it was very central. CASTING to the TV using wifi worked VERY well. The ease of check in was efficient.
The gym was quite small.
